🏆 Biggest NEWS of the YEAR 🏆
Cash App —the smartphone payment app with over 70 million users — had a major backend upgrade to Bitcoin’s ⚡️ Lightning Network. Most impressively is how smooth the user-experience is…
If you haven’t heard, you can now use the Cash App @ *ANY* of these locations:
McDonalds · Walmart · Chipotle · CVS · Walgreens · Chick-Fil-A · Macy’s · Home Depot · Lowe’s · Starbucks · Staples · Petco · Whole Foods · Best Buy · Circle K · Bed Bath & Beyond · Kroger · Wendy’s · Buffalo Wild Wings · Krispy Kreme · Tim Hortons · Red Robin · Firehouse Subs · Publix · etc…
Why This Is SO Important?
Cash App *just* eliminated the need to utilize “trusted-third parties” like Visa and Mastercard. 💥 🥊 PoW
The Cash App *is* the infrastructure that Bitcoin has been searching for in order to gain real-world adoption. Previously, Bitcoin has been more of a theology than a real-world practicality. For example, Power-Users were able to raise capital a lot easier on their cap-table than it was for us muggles to buy a cappuccino at Starbuck.
Often, a true “Zero to One” innovation isn’t realized until only after the second innovation is made. For example, the automobile and later, infrastructure. The invention of the automobile was a good invention, but early on, it wasn’t practical since all the roads were unpaved and ridden with ankle-twisting pot holes. It wasn’t until the dirt roads were paved, bridges built, and cities connected that automobiles were able to move atoms in the physical world.
Could you image getting your Amazon purchases from a man-on-a-horse ? 🐎 🎁 😂
